How to measure your head size
Measure the circumference of your head by passing a tape measure at around an inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and ears. This should be the largest measurement around your forehead. Refer to the MECH sizing chart to determine your ideal helmet size. If your head measurement falls between two helmet sizes, try on the smaller of the two sizes first.
